Through my personal experience, I would like to suggest usage of Raagi, as it keeps face pimple/ acne free, and it will not add extra pounds. I usually intake it as porridge preparation of it takes hardly takes 5 mins. Just take 3-4 spoons of flour add 3-4 cups of water boil it for 4-5 mins add sugar for taste and 20 ml of milk before taking it off from the flame. Eat it warm, its really really delicious.

I have eaten some really delicious stuff made out of raagi in kerala..."raagi ada" and "raagi puttu"..raagi ada is made on banana leaf by placing the uncooked raagi dough on the leaf and filling with jaggery and coconut..then steaming it. While raagi puttu is steamed in a cylindrical container placed on top of a bowl filled with water, which provides the steam....It is yum yum yum.
In bangalore a friend's mom forced her to have raagi mixed with water and sugar everyday...to my suprise it tasted quite like a choclate drink...yum yum yum again ;)
